What Is Pancreatitis?

Pancreatitis is inflammation of the pancreas, causing severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and other life-threatening complications. It can be triggered by various factors such as gallstones, alcohol consumption, or certain medications, and requires prompt medical attention for diagnosis and treatment.

  • Swollen or tender abdomen
  • Loss of appetite
  • Fatigue 
  • Clay-colored stools
  • Tenderness when touching the abdomen
